#108: Roasting Marshmallows


Reason to Be Happy #108:

Roasting Marshmallows over a Fire

Everyone has different techniques: some like to toast it thoroughly, taking a careful, long time about it. Others (like me) plunge it into the fire to get that crackly black outer coating and the gooey center. Whatever your style, it's all good.
