New Year's Resolutions
Don't forget, my reason to be happy #60 was "making lists" and #61 was "marking items off lists." New Year's Resolutions are the mother of all lists. A resolution must be possible but challenging. And it has to be measurable! One of my New Year's traditions is digging out my journal from January 1 the previous year to look over that day's goals and plans and aspirations. It's a nice reflective exercise.
