Mallard ducklings, with their black and yellow fuzziness, remind me of bumblebees, especially since they're oh so busy all the time—waggling their little butts, waddling around, peeping up a storm, moving in a swarm.

We love our ducks. Quack. Saffron, our lone Muscovy, female started sitting a few of days ago. An African goose is depositing eggs for Saffron. We'll try for some Indian Runner ducks this year.
