Smiling Dogs
I love when dogs look like they're smiling. It's impossible not to smile right back.

This lovely model is Booker T. He is also featured in my novel The Blessings of the Animals. I didn't even change his name! (My human characters are never based on real people, but the animals are often stolen straight from my life).
My dog smiles, too. Which makes me smile. It's a win-win. Or a grin-grin. (And I remember Booker T from Blessings--fun to see his picture here.)
